I know it's been a while since I've updated the old blog so here's a recap of what's been going on:
1) Life has been stressful but I'm loving every minute of it
2) Work is slow but picking up
3) Julie is extremely uncomfortable (16 days to go from Wednesday)
4) I'm exhausted - she's exhausted
5) Got IPhones and they are the greatest thing ever
6) My parents came in town for my brothers bday - had a good time but didn't get to see them much because I had a stomach bug
7) Found out that our good friends, Robert and Samantha are moving to Abilene (we're excited)
8) Got a Jon boat that is still sitting in the garage - it floats but that's all I've had time to deal with it (trying to stay within cell phone range in case I get the "baby's coming" call
That's our life in a nutshell - stay tuned and maybe I'll update some time in the next 18 years.

blah blah blah
That's how I feel about this week.
Monday i was home most of the day - it was another unpaid day off (man, I don't like not getting paid, but I can honestly say that these days are awesome...It forces me to take time off)
Tuesday: I was in Merkel, Nolan, Sweetwater, Roscoe, and Snyder - got home at 7:15
Wednesday: I was back in Merkel, Nolan, Sweetwater, Roscoe and Snyder - got home at 7:15
Thursday: San Angelo - got home at 6:15
Friday: I'll be back in Merkel, Nolan, sweetwater, Roscoe, and Snyder - hopefully be home by 5:00 (key word...hopefully)
It has been a long...long week. But, luckily it's Friday and I have 2 days off to relax.
Julie is now 36 weeks pregnant with 28 days until the due date. I cannot believe that. In fact, next Friday (the 24th) Reagan will be considered full term. How unbelievable is that? Time has gone by so fast. It fun to sit on the couch and watch Julie's stomach turn into a wave pool when you touch her stomach. Reagan doesn't really like being poked or touched. She starts kicking (I think we're going to have our hands full) Julie did find out from her Dr's appt that the babies head is down which is great. We also found out what body part was causing the lump by Julie's belly button...it's been there for weeks and it was driving us crazy not knowing.......can you guess what it is? Yup - it's her butt! Baby's not even born yet and she's already perfecting the art of "mooning." She must get that from the Walker side:) haha....I would never!! ha
I wanted to give a shout out to my wife. She's been a rock through out the pregnancy and I truly am amazed by her. I know she's miserable. I know she's uncomfortable. i know she's hot (it's been ridiculously hot here) I know she's exhausted (getting up every 2 hours to go to the bathroom is just awful) Her feet are swollen and her back is aching but, she is hanging in there with little complaints. So, thank you Julie. You are an unbelievable woman. I love you and I cannot wait to start this amazing journey with you.
The crape myrtles are looking good....i think they're going to make it....knock on wood.....as for the flowers in the front yard....not so much.....they look awful but oh well.
What else? What else? That's pretty much it.

fitting t-shirt
Yesterday Julie and I were at united getting some groceries (which is my favorite past time) and I saw a dad with his what looked to be 9ish daughter (i'm awful at guessing ages). He had a great t-shirt on.

Come to find out they actually have a website...with members and stuff. that's awesome.....i should be the president!!

My daughter isn't born yet and I already want that shirt. Of course, it will be hard for her to find someone to date since she will not be leaving the house! Oh yeah - I said it.
Other than finding this awesome things have been pretty good around the webb house hold. Minus the fact that Julie is 8 months prego and it's been roughly 100+ degrees every day for the last week or so. I truly do feel bad for her.
This weekend was busy - I decided to plant 2 flower beds in the back yard Saturday. So, I was in the sun from 9:30 until about 4 (mowing, planting, raking, watering, sweating) Then I decided to go fishing with my buddy....with no shade....until about 8 pm. I had enough, i was so exhausted and started feeling crazy bad - I called Julie to come pick me up - that's how bad i felt.
Sunday was more of the same - back in the yard planting again and finishing everything up. They flower beds look good and as soon as I can confirm the crape myrtles will survive I will post some pictures.
Today was my 4th of 5 unpaid days off and it....was...awesome....I left the house twice today. Once for 30 minutes to get some paperwork for work filled out. and the second time to with Julie to the hospital to get her pre-registration forms filled out (so we can go straight to L&D when Reagan's ready to say Hi.
That was it...it was awesome...
Now I have to join reality and go to work tomorrow. So, I must get some sleep.

in awe
God truly is amazing. I know I say that a lot but it's the truth.
It's time for Jason to be a sap. Tonight is the first night in a long time that I just haven't been able to sleep (those that know me.....know I love my sleep and I rarely have problems going to sleep)
I've been walking around the house aimlessly just pacing pretty much. I find myself going into Reagan's room more and more. I laid down in her room....lit up mr. turtle (blue lighting of course), and played some of the lulabys on Julie's Ipod and just stared at the ceiling.
I'm amazed....excited....anxious....stressed....excited...scared....and exhausted all at the same time.
I cannot wait to meet my precious daughter. It's amazing how much I already love her. She's not even here yet and she's always on my mind.
Work right now is so stressful. I'm on the road all day every day with the same results. But, I know as soon as I get in my truck and head home I get to see my beautiful wife and precious baby girl. That wipes away every ounce of stress pretty much in an instance. It really helps to put things in perspective. Work is work and will always be work but home is my constant. It's my way to check back into reality and realize what's really important in life. That's my wife and my baby.
So, thank you God for blessing me with a wonderful wife and growing family.
